Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 447(FIN) be placed after SENATE CS FOR CS                       
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 446(FIN) on the calendar. Senator Pearce                    
objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further                  
objections, it was so ordered.
